The full name of our school is Balboa Elementary Gifted and Talented Magnet, and if you’ve ever had the pleasure of attending one of our holiday programs, you know that our students truly deserve to be called gifted and talented. This year, under the guidance of Mrs. Brigham and Mr. Kravchak, our students once again  showed how gifted and talented they are.
